1. General Policy
The registration fee of ₹299 for MedCase Challenge 2026 is generally non-refundable once payment is completed. This is because the entry fee covers platform costs, question bank preparation, and prize pool funding that are incurred upon registration.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Double payment: If you were charged twice due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded within 5–7 working days.
- Event cancellation: If MedCase Challenge 2026 is cancelled by us for any reason, 100% of the entry fee will be refunded to all registered participants.
- Event postponement: If the exam is postponed and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be provided upon request.
- Payment failure with deduction: If your payment failed but the amount was deducted from your account, we will initiate a full refund within 5–7 working days.
- Ineligibility: If you registered but do not meet eligibility criteria (verified by MedCase), a full refund will be processed.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Voluntary withdrawal or change of mind after successful payment.
- Inability to attend the exam due to personal reasons (illness, exams, travel etc.).
- Internet or device issues on the participant's end during the exam.
- Disqualification due to anti-cheat violations or rule violations.
- Requests made after the exam date (May 10, 2026).

5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at admin@medcase.in with the subject line "Refund Request — MedCase 2026" and include:
- Your full name as registered.
- Registered email address.
- Razorpay Payment ID (available in your email confirmation).
- Reason for refund request.
6. Cancellation by Participant
Participants may cancel their registration before May 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM IST by emailing admin@medcase.in. However, cancellations are not eligible for refunds unless they fall under Section 2 above.
7. Cancellation by MedCase
MedCase reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to technical failures, force majeure events, or insufficient participation. In such cases, all registered participants will be notified and full refunds will be processed automatically.
8. Payment Disputes
If you have a payment dispute, please contact us at admin@medcase.in before raising a dispute with your bank. We will resolve legitimate disputes within 3 working days. Raising chargebacks without contacting us first may delay resolution.
