Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration. By paying the entry fee of ₹299, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. General Policy

The registration fee of ₹299 for MedCase Challenge 2026 is generally non-refundable once payment is completed. This is because the entry fee covers platform costs, question bank preparation, and prize pool funding that are incurred upon registration.

Day 1
Submit refund request to admin@medcase.in with your registered email and payment ID.
Day 1–2
MedCase team reviews and verifies your request against our records.
Day 2–3
Refund initiated via Razorpay to your original payment method.
Day 5–7
Refund credited to your bank account / UPI / card depending on your payment method.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at admin@medcase.in with the subject line "Refund Request — MedCase 2026" and include:

6. Cancellation by Participant

Participants may cancel their registration before May 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM IST by emailing admin@medcase.in. However, cancellations are not eligible for refunds unless they fall under Section 2 above.

7. Cancellation by MedCase

MedCase reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to technical failures, force majeure events, or insufficient participation. In such cases, all registered participants will be notified and full refunds will be processed automatically.

8. Payment Disputes

If you have a payment dispute, please contact us at admin@medcase.in before raising a dispute with your bank. We will resolve legitimate disputes within 3 working days. Raising chargebacks without contacting us first may delay resolution.
