Q: When will I receive my exam link?
The exam link will be sent to your registered email on May 9, 2026. Check your spam folder if you don't see it by 6 PM IST.
Q: I paid but didn't receive confirmation. What do I do?
Email admin@medcase.in with your payment ID (found in your bank statement or Razorpay email). We'll verify and send your confirmation within 24 hours.
Q: Can I get a refund?
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds are available for specific scenarios like double payment or event cancellation.
Q: My exam crashed mid-way. What happens?
All answers are auto-saved as you select them. Refresh the page and re-open the exam link — your progress will be restored.
Q: When will results be declared?
Results and the final leaderboard will be live within 2 hours of exam completion on May 10, 2026. Detailed results will be emailed within 24 hours.
